Tal Yaacobi
Vice PresidentJoining Shamrock in 2010, Mr. Yaacobi brings in extensive corporate finance experience and problem solving skills.
In his previous employment, Mr. Yaacobi was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. in New York City, where he advised senior managers on corporate finance and strategy issues. He assisted both strategic and private equity investors along all M&A aspects, from choosing the right investment, conducting due diligence and implementing a merger.
Prior to that, Mr. Yaacobi gained investing experience as an analyst with Sandler O’Neil Asset Management, specializing in banks and financial institutions. Previously, he led the financial planning and analysis for Nortel in several South-East European markets. Prior to Nortel he was an accountant with Deloitte & Touch, serving public and private companies in various industries.
Mr. Yaacobi holds a B.A in business from the College of Management and a MBA with distinction from the S.C Johnson School of Management at Cornell University and is a Certified Public Accountant
